There are very few things I enjoy more than being a ‘morning person’. The ability to start my day off on a positive note without struggling to get up is something I am so glad for. Morning exercise is my favourite way to get ready for the day. Here are some of my favourite things about exercising in the mornings and why you should love it too!
The topic of wellness has become increasingly popular, and for good reason. As most of us are finding ourselves overworked, over-stressed and overwhelmed with life. Down time seems a thing of the past and even if we do find some we aren’t quite sure what to do with it. Wellness means different things for different people, and what you need to do to look after yourself can change from day to day. If we take a moment to be still and listen to our body/mind we can begin to discover what we each need personally for more #wellth. Focus on adding little bits of what makes you feel good and happy to your days.
